Fully aware yoga classes are for everyone who is interested in benefiting from the practice of yoga asana and learning more about the philosophy of yoga.

 
Classes focus on the basics of vinyasa, standing poses, forward bending, heart opening and balancing poses and are ideal for beginners or more advanced students who want to learn correct alignment and focus.
 
The classes incorporate surya namaskara (sun salutations) for warming up, vinyasa karma (linking movement to breath), holding poses to increase flexibility and strength, inversions and relaxation.
